Early Stage Presenter: Lisa Flynn, founder of whippersnappers

In 2006, Lisa and KC Flynn were frustrated with their options to get their young sons pictures taken – and they thought there had to be a better than what the traditional portrait studios offered.  Fast-forward four  years, and meet whippersnappers studio - an innovative concept in portrait photography that delivers fabulous photographs and an exceptional experience for a reasonable value.

In 2008, after developing solid and replicable systems, Lisa franchised the model.  In addition to the flagship Bend studio, there are now 3 franchised studios in the system.  The model is proven and the brand is strong.  But, growth has been adversely impacted by the credit crisis – prospects can’t secure financing to buy a franchise.  Lisa is seeking a minimum of $100,000 to build more company owned stores to continue the growth of this successful brand.     www.whippersnappers.com
