Baldwin Industrial Park

La Pine Industrial ParkIn addition to having some of the most ready-to-build and lowest cost industrially zoned land in the Central Oregon region, La Pine’s 327 acre Industrial Park offers excellent access to the Burlington Northern/Santa Fe Railroad mainline as well as Hwy 97. The park is located just 30 miles south of Bend and only 15 minutes south of Sunriver, Oregon’s largest and most established destination resort community. The Old Mill District

Juniper Ridge Industrial Park
