Mike Hoseus was corporate leader with Toyota for over 12 years and is considered one of the world's preeminent Toyota authorities. He is now executive director of the Center for Quality People and Organizations, Inc., a Toyota-backed organization founded to assist business implement a continuous improvement culture through a problem solving process that is inclusive of its members. He also is senior consultant with Lean Consulting Associates LLC, a group of retired and former Toyota executives as well as senior managers of Toyota key suppliers.
This seminar is for companies who are committed to developing a culture of trust, change management, and applying Lean principles to their manufacturing processes. CEOs, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Executive Leaders, General Managers, Managers, lean Leaders and those facilitating change within their companies are encouraged to attend. Companies who bring a core leadership team will gain the most traction in being able to implement lean practices quickly with common understanding.
