The largest, St. Charles Medical Center, is the regional trauma center for seven counties, and has received several awards including the distinction of being one of the Top 100 Hospitals in the United States and "Among the best in the nation for cardiac services" - as noted by a major national organization providing quality "report cards" for America's hospitals. | |
