Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO) has just completed updating the Central Oregon FactBook.
The Central Oregon FactBook is one of the most comprehensive sources of economic facts and data on Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson Counties. Containing over 185 pages, the FactBook gives in-depth information on utilities, transportation, population, education, housing, primary industries, workforce and employment, along with many more economic indicators for the Central Oregon region. The publication is part of EDCO’s ongoing marketing, business development and retention activities and was developed using research from many different regional, state and national organizations, along with EDCO’s own in-house primary research. The 2002 FactBook includes photos from the region, expanded charts, graphs and tables and full-color maps.
“The FactBook has become one of our most popular publications for companies we are working to recruit as well as local businesses and new residents who are looking for detailed information about the region,” stated Meg Thompson, Marketing Manager with EDCO.
The publication is available, for $30 for non-members/$25 for EDCO members, at the EDCO office in Bend, which is located at 20380 Halfway Road, Suite C or by calling (541) 388-3236.
Economic Development for Central Oregon is a non-profit organization dedicated to business recruitment, expansion and economic diversification. EDCO also publishes the annual Central Oregon Profile and Manufacturing & Technology Directory.
