Cancellation policy
Cancellations received by September 30, 2007 receive a full refund.
Cancellations received after September 30, 2007 will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds for no-shows and same-day cancellations.
Parking Information
Parking on downtown Bend streets is limited to two hour blocks; therefore conference registrants are directed to use the new parking garage located at the corner of Lava St. and Oregon St., just two blocks from the Tower Theater. Parking attendees will collect a $5.00 parking fee, which is valid for the entire day, and will provide passes to be displayed in the windshield of your car.
